(Smokeless, Noise-Controlled, and Environmentally Compliant Biogas Flare Unit)

When surplus biogas cannot be utilized due to maintenance activities, overproduction, or safety bypass conditions, it must be safely combusted. In locations where safety, visibility, emissions, or noise control are critical, enclosed flaring systems are preferred over open flare arrangements.

TECTIKO Enclosed Flares are engineered for clean, smokeless, and noise-controlled combustion of excess biogas. TECTIKO systems are well suited for urban, industrial, and regulated environments where open flame operation is restricted or not permitted.

Working Principle:

    • The biogas enters a sealed combustion chamber, where it is ignited using an automatic electric or pilot flame ignition system.
    • Combustion takes place inside a closed cylindrical housing, shielding the flame from external view.
