Compact Flaring System for ETPs

In small-scale Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), anaerobic digesters generate moderate quantities of biogas, which often cannot be utilized fully or continuously.

To safely dispose of surplus or low-pressure biogas, TECTIKO offers a Compact Flaring System specifically designed for ETP applications — ensuring safe, clean, and controlled combustion in a compact, cost-effective format.

Working Principle:

  • Biogas from the digester is directed to the flare stack.
  • An electric spark ignites the gas once minimum pressure is reached.
  • The flame burns off excess methane into harmless CO₂ and H₂O vapor.
  • The system automatically turns on/off based on pressure or manual command.
