TECTIKO Tube & Tube Heat Exchanger is a high-efficiency thermal transfer system used in biogas, wastewater, and industrial processes for heating or cooling slurry, digestate, and other process fluids.

TECTIKO Tube-in-Tube Heat Exchangers are specially engineered for high-solid slurry and viscous media, where conventional plate heat exchangers are prone to clogging. The concentric tube design of TECTIKO ensures smooth flow, simplified cleaning, and continuous heat transfer with minimal maintenance requirements.

TECTIKO systems are well suited for pre-heating digester feedstock by utilizing waste heat from biogas engines or boilers, supporting optimal digestion temperature and improved gas production efficiency.

      Working Principle

       The system consists of two concentric tubes:

  •  Inner tube carries biogas slurry / feed material
  •  Outer tube carries hot / cold water or thermal fluid
    Heat transfer happens through the tube wall without physical mixing of fluids
